5-Count's Association 1 Day/Weekend Goalie Clinic
For Ringette Associations looking to give all their goalies a day (or weekend) of goalie attention. *Limited weekends available, first come, first served. Beginner goalies up to AA/AAA caliber.
1 Day Weekend (or double the info below to make a 2 Day Weekend)
Sample plan depending on number of goalies in your Association:
- Up to 12 beginner/intermediate goalies (U14B and younger) and 12 experienced/advanced goalies (U14A to
18+) – 12 goalies per ice time and max 2 groups per 1 day clinic
- 2 ice times per group, 1 in morning, 1 in afternoon
- Instructor/goalie ratio max 1:4
- 45 minute lunch lecture focusing on nutrition, goal setting, goalie mental training
- 45 minute dryland component with goalie specific focus
- Association provides ice, rings, room for lunch lecture, space for dryland, potential of 10-12 shooters for
afternoon ice sessions, travel and accomodation for instructors
- Ability for coaches to email prior to clinic to request drills to work on specific skills
- Includes email summary back to goalie and coach
- $100 + GST per goalie per day (2 ice times) (plus travel if required for instructors) – minimum 8 goalies needed
- Option of a 45 minute Coach Talk as an add-on where coaches can plan to ask questions, or we can run through
standard goalie topics
We have limited weekends available to book Goalie Clinics so the earlier you reserve a weekend, the better. Contact Keely or Heather if your Association is interested in booking us for this coming season. We can talk with your Association’s board and are prepared to discuss options that will work for your teams and your goalies.
