UPCOMING EVENTS5-Count Ontario Camp Now OpenThe 5-Count Ringette Goalie Camp in Richmond Hill, Ontario on August 17-18, 2013, hosted by the Richmond Hill Ringette Association, is now ready for registration, for Ringette goalies in the Ontario area to get the quality Ringette-specific goalie instruction they need for their individual skill levels.
Early Bird deadline is closed, and the camp is sold out. We are starting a waiting list, and are looking to see if we can expand the camp to 36 spots so please still register if you're interested in joining the waiting list. Click here for more information and to register. 5-Count 2013 Summer Camps Now OpenThe 5-Count Ringette Goalie Super Camp in Edmonton August 24-25, 2013 is now ready for registration, with specific groups for beginners, intermediate and advanced goalies to get the quality Ringette-specific goalie instruction they need for their individual skill levels.

Keely Named Goalie Coach for Senior National TeamKeely has been named the Goalie Coach for the Senior National Ringette Team, with the first tryouts set in Ottawa February 14-18.
A veteran of 12 years on the National Ringette Team, and goalie for 5 World Ringette Championships during that time, Keely is excited to explore the coaching side of the program, and working with Head Coach Glen Gaudet as well as former Team Canada teammates Barb Bautista and Julie Blanchette. 5-Count to Partner with NAMI
5-Count is very excited to announce it's new partnership with NAMI (Northern Amerex), the manufacturer of the Keely Signature Series Ringette Goalie Trapper, and other Ringette equipment. Part of this partnership includes NAMI providing demo Ringette goalie trappers and sticks at all 5-Count Goalie Camps and Clinics.

RECENT NEWSTeam Canada West Takes Bronze at U19 WorldsHeather Konkin and Keely Brown are the goalie coaches for Team Canada West U19, and 5-Count instructors Anj Grewal and Stacey Bjornsson from Zone 5, as well as 5-Count goalie Lynn from LMRL are the goalies who represented Canada at the U19 World Championships Dec 28-Jan 3 in London, Ontario.
Team Canada West came home with a Bronze Medal following a 7-1 win over Team Russia. Click here for more details. Medicine Hat Ringette Welcomed 5-Count
Oct 13-14, Keely, Alissa and Heidi made the trip to Medicine Hat to put on a 5-Count goalie clinic for the Medicine Hat Ringette Association.

5-Count expanded into BC as Keely and Brea Beck from Calgary made the flight to put on a 2 day goalie clinic in the Lower Mainland with Sasha Campbell-Mongeon of the LMRL Thunder in the NRL.

Aug 25-26 marked the new largest Ringette Goalie Camp in Canada, this time at the Leduc Rec Centre for 36 goalies.

Click here for more details. Team Canada Takes Gold in ColombiaRoller Hockey Worlds were held in Bucaramanga, Colombia the first week of July, and Team Canada beat USA in the finals 4-2 to win its 4th Gold medal.

Now adding a weekend camp out in BC this coming September, 5-Count truly offers coast to coast Ringette Goalie Instruction. Goalie/Coach Phyllis Sadoway Inducted into Ringette Canada Hall of FameOn June 9, 2012, Phyllis Sadoway was inducted into the Ringette Canada Hall of Fame. A frequent attendee at 5-Count's goalie camps (she's signed up for Canmore this August), Phyllis is a true ambassador to our sport and we would like to congratulate her on this fine honour.
5-Count's Heather Konkin presented the Hall of Fame honor in the athlete category to former teammate Jen (Willy) Krochak. Click here for more info. Keely Nominated as Athlete of the Year for the Kitchener Waterloo RegionIn recognition of her accomplishments in the 2010-11 season with a Ringette Worlds Silver, Ringette Nationals Gold and a Roller Hockey Worlds Silver, among other personal awards, Keely has been nominated for the Athlete of the Year award for Kitchener-Waterloo, her home town.

Jasmine LeBlanc - Team Canada, Gloucester
Jasmine was the goalie for the U19 Team Canada East that captured Gold at the 2012 U19 World Championships, and she has recently been named to the Senior National Team as well.
