5-Count's Local Association 1 Day Goalie Clinic
For Ringette Associations around the Edmonton Area. *Booking 1 Goalie Clinic a month (6 Goalie Clinics for the Ringette season). Beginner goalies up to AA/AAA caliber.
1 Weekend Day, Starting in Sept (Option to make a 2 Day Weekend Too)
- Up to 12 beginner/intermediate goalies (U14B and younger) and 12 experienced/advanced goalies (U14A to
18+) – max 12 goalies per ice time and max 2 groups per 1 day clinic
- 2 ice times per group, 1 in morning, 1 in afternoon
- Instructor/goalie ratio 1:4
- 45 minute lunch lecture focusing on nutrition, goal setting, goalie mental training
- 45 minute dryland component with goalie specific focus
- Association provides ice, rings, room for lunch lecture, space for dryland, potential of 10-12 shooters for
afternoon ice sessions, travel and accomodation for instructors
- Ability for coaches to email prior to clinic to request drills to work on specific skills
- Includes email evaluation back to goalie and coach
- $100 per goalie per day (2 ice times)
- Option of a 45 minute coach talk as an add-on where coaches can plan to ask questions, or we can run through
standard goalie topics
